    Every journey begins with a conversation. In our first meeting, we’ll learn about your budget, style preferences, and priorities, and explore potential locations for your new home. This is where we make sure we’re aligned and ready to begin.

  2. Designing Your Home

    You’ll meet with our designers and construction experts to shape your vision. Whether starting with one of our concepts or creating a custom plan, we’ll tailor everything to your needs. With our in-house drafting services, revisions are fast and efficient. A $2,000 deposit reserves your lot and is applied to your purchase price.

  3. Pricing Your Home

    Next, we’ll prepare a detailed specification sheet outlining finishes, materials, and features. Using this, we’ll gather bids and provide a firm contract price. We work to keep you on budget while allowing flexibility with allowances for flooring, cabinets, appliances, and more.

  4. Signing Up

    Once plans and pricing are approved, we move forward with a purchase agreement. At this stage, a 10% down payment is required (minus the $2,000 lot deposit). With paperwork complete, your new home is officially underway.

  5. Construction

    From foundation to final details, our team oversees every stage of construction. Our on-staff designer helps guide selections like flooring, cabinetry, and paint so the finished home reflects your personal style. You’ll be updated throughout, ensuring a smooth, transparent build.

  6. Closing

    As your home nears completion, we’ll set a firm closing date and coordinate with your lender for a stress-free process. At closing, the remaining balance is due, and the keys to your new home are officially yours.
