Upon completing your purchase, you will be given a thorough Builder Service and Warranty Policy that details the coverage for various aspects and services related to your home. Please consult this paperwork for assistance and any queries regarding warranty claims.

Our Pledge: Although our warranty doesn't cover every possible situation, it does safeguard against specific defects and workmanship problems in your home. Above all, it demonstrates our commitment to upholding the quality of your home.

To make things easier for you, we have arranged Scheduled Check-In Appointments:



60-Day Check-In

A brief meeting to address any minor issues that may have come up after you've lived in your home for a few months.



11-Month Check-In

A more detailed inspection as your one-year warranty period approaches its end to spot any lingering minor issues. It is recommended to wait for these scheduled visits to address minor concerns.
